Product details are available next to each product in the Online Store.

4. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
NB! The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
-
Food products
-
Cosmetics
-
Hygiene products in sealed packaging if the packaging has been opened
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product may only be used to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning — as would be allowed in a physical store.
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary, or shows signs of wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the decrease in product value.
To withdraw from the contract, the buyer must submit a withdrawal application, which can be found at:
and send it to info@javer-shoes.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods unless the reason for return is that the product does not match the order (e.g., wrong or defective product).
The product must be returned within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal application, or proof must be provided that the goods were handed over to the carrier within this period.
The Online Store will refund the buyer as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. Refunds may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or the buyer provides proof of return, whichever comes first.
If the buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option, the Online Store is not obligated to refund the extra cost.
The Online Store has the right to cancel the sales contract and request the return of the goods if the product price was mistakenly listed significantly below market value.
5. Right to Submit Claims
The Online Store is responsible for non-conformities or defects in the goods that existed at the time of delivery and that become apparent within two years of delivery. Within the first year, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise by the Online Store.
The buyer must notify the Online Store of any defects within two months of discovering them by emailing info@javer-shoes.com or calling +372 5036075.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects caused after the product was handed over to the buyer.
If a purchased product has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the product. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Online Store will refund all costs associated with the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to the buyer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
6. Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
The Online Store processes the buyer’s personal data only for order fulfillment and product delivery. Personal data will be shared with delivery service providers for the purpose of shipping the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has given explicit consent by subscribing via the website.
The buyer can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by notifying the Online Store via email or by following the instructions provided in marketing emails.
7. Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should send an email to info@javer-shoes.com or call +372 5036075.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. Information on the process and application forms is available at https://www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the Online Store. The process is free for the buyer.
