• We deliver products throughout Europe and internationally.
• Delivery time within Europe is 3 to 10 business days from the confirmation of the order.
• Delivery time outside of Europe is up to 15 business days.
• The delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout and depends on the recipient’s address and chosen delivery method.

Return Policy

• If you would like to return a product, please notify us via email at info@javer-shoes.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all accessories included.
• A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is faulty or was sent by mistake.
